I provide individual, couples, family and group therapy in my Asheville office. My specialties include borderline personality disorder, mood disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.), family therapy, LGBT issues and couples therapy.
I also provide a DBT skills group once a week for people who could benefit from developing or improving their coping strategies.
