- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
🍃 Our pricing is custom based on a design consultation. Our project minimum is $10k, as we specialize in transformative projects such as patios, boulder terraces, retention walls, drainage, and the like. 🍃 No deposit is required when you sign an estimate! We charge 1/3 when you're scheduled onto our calendar, 1/3 half-way through, and 1/3 after our final walkthrough.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll schedule a complimentary onsite consultation with you to see what you are looking to accomplish. You'll receive an estimate within 48 hours of this consultation! Once we have a signed estimate, here's our process for communicating with you: 🍂 1. We will send you "Terrific Thursday" updates, alerting you to the progress on your job or job scheduling each week. 🍂 2. Schedule a Pre-Project Walkthrough with your project manager and crew lead approximately 1 week before your start date. 🍂 3. You'll receive regular check-ins from our owner, Tommy, and your project manager. 🍂 4. At the end of the project, we'll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure the final product captures your vision perfectly! Our clients co-create their designs with us. We'll partner with you to make sure the placement of each plant and boulder is to your liking. It's your oasis!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of artists hold their General Landscaping Contractor's licenses and are fully bonded and insured.
