Christian ? Came and gave me an estimate on replacing a retaining wall three weeks hence. During that period I called and texted him several times and he responded twice--and ignored the rest. One week out I finally got him on the phone and he agreed to come over, ostensibly to get the wall measurements. I told him to call me before he came,that I had several questions to discuss with him. He didn't call until he was enroute and I was unable to get home before he left. I then texted him to confirm he was coming out on the agreed upon date to do the work and asked home to confirm this. I never heard from him again nor did he show up to do the work. I revisited the reviews he had on thumbtack. I had stopped looking at them after the first dpi
