- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should expect a high touch service for all items we offer in our service categories. We respond within 24 hours of being contacted & prefer to schedule a call to best address individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule client discovery calls at which time we collect short succinct information regarding desired services, location, accessibility, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has over 15 years of experience in restaurant hospitality, has consulted at management levels for private homes, islands, estates for hospitality, food & beverage. Collectively our concierge services also boast a decade plus of organizational function, design services & client fulfillment in the wedding industry.
