About
I not only care about my clients obtaining short term results, I care deeply about exercising them safely, in a manner that will truly give them a good foundation for quality fitness.
I love that "AHA" moment that every client comes to, whether it is seeing tone, fitting into old jeans or moving without pain. This shows them that all of their hard work was worth it!

My first time trying personal trainer at home and Lori turned out to be the best experience I could have had. Lori came to help me, a 66 year old lady with serious knee injury and took keen interest in analyzing the issue by consulting every source possible including online and her trained resources to come up with a plan to strengthen the knee and heel shoulder pain. After a month, my shoulder pain is gone and feeling a lot better with the knee. I look forward to her visits. She tries to keep the session challenging, new and alters on the spot if I feel the discomfort. I highly recommend her pleasing smile and professionalism to every one.

Lori's approach is professional and flexible enough to meet my needs. The time I needed for training was early morning and she was able to accommodate this. Also a great advantage is having her come to my home! So far I have been getting stronger and more fit. The goals were to have easy access to routine workouts that would help me reach my fitness goals---Lori is a great part of making this happen.... Way to Go

I'm thoroughly impressed with my training thus far! 7 days into training today and my body is feeling great! It really helps that Lori has lots of personal training and physical therapy experience. I can't wait to see my results!

Lori is an outstanding trainer, extremely knowledgable and supportive. She develops original workouts that are custom-designed to strengthen and support the whole body as well as focus on problem areas - in my case, my knee and hip. She is a consummate professional. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Lori is a wonderful trainer especially paying attention to my personal needs. Pushes just hard enough to motivate but not too much, to prevent injury
I would recommend Lori very highly to anyone looking for a trainer!

FAQs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required by ACE to complete continuing education constantly to keep my certification. I try to study a diverse array of subjects to be more well rounded.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at certifications AND the types of experience the trainer has and remember to hire someone who can help you achieve your goals, not someone who tries to make you fit into their idea of exercise.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The body must have a quality basic foundation before one can progress. Muscle imbalances can cause real problems if they are not addressed before going on to more difficult exercises. Strength training, cardiovascular activity and stretching all play a part in the total fitness of a person.
