- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a percentage of revenue that we customize based on the size of your property and the services you select. We will provide you with a quote when we meet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial conversation to determine if your property qualifies to work together. Then we determine what may be needed to maximize your revenue by optimizing your property as a sought-after vacation rental in the current market. Once all of that is agreeable, we begin our systematic onboarding process with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the business via apprenticeship from multiple highly successful mentors and coaches. I continue learning through mastermind groups and world-class training in the industry.
