A much more relaxing stay than a hotel. The house was so nice an comfortable. The location was great for ours needs. Close to downtown and mountains. Would stay again.

Absolutely perfect cabin starting with the moment I walked into this beautiful cabin and smelled all that wonderful wood. It is very comfortable, well stocked (we cooked for days and everything needed was there) and has a great layout for privacy (each floor has a bedroom, LR and bathroom). It is also private with nice views, yet close enough to Old Fort and many other adventures such as Catawba Falls. Old Fort is becoming more and more appealing. Don't miss the private waterfall in Gateway Mountain.

Had booked through a third party site for last year (Helene ruined those plans) and reach out to Elev8ion to see if would could defer for a year. The deferral process was very easy and we enjoyed a great stay here in 2025. Next time we are in the area we will look to book directly with the company. Communication was great, easy check-in/out and house was nice and clean.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Vacation Rental and Mid-Term Rental (less than 6 months) property management company that works on a percentage of the revenue we generate. The rate is customized based on the size of your property and the services you select. We will provide you with a quote when we meet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial conversation to determine if your property qualifies to work together. Then we determine what may be needed to maximize your revenue by optimizing your property as a sought-after vacation rental in the current market. Once all of that is agreeable, we begin our systematic onboarding process with you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the vacation rental business via apprenticeship from multiple highly successful mentors and coaches. I continue learning through mastermind groups and world-class training in the industry.
