We had a broken sprinkler head. Joe was the first to respond and I liked his experiences I scheduled an appointment. Joe not only did he replace the broken head but completely checked the entire system and found another broken head that was leaking at ground level. We didn't even know it was leaking because it was broken at ground level and was at the edge of a flower bed.
Joe also adjusted a number of the heads to water more effectively.
I wanted to extend one side of the system to cover a new planting area. Instead of extending the pipe line, he was able to replace the last sprinkler head on the last station on the existing line with a head that would meet the needs of the new bed. He could have extended the pipeline, added new heads and charged a lot more. The distance was close enough that changing out the head was all that was needed. So, yes, he is very honest. His work is done efficiently and thoroughly.
Highly recommend.
