- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We dont have a complicated pricing system, basically we don't send any employee out alone on a job and we have a minimum of two hours for all jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with you to find out what YOU want and need! If your not sure or if we see a need, then we offer suggestions. We will NOT try to 'sell' you something you don't need!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always looking in magazines, surfing net and watching DIY network shows for nifty new decor ideas for storage and organization. Never know when or where you might find something cool that will look just right in the next person's home your doin. Am actually looking into some classes for myself and some of my employees to expand their skills.
