Introduction: I am a seasoned Yoga Instructor offering personalized, individual or small group instruction to people interested in developing or expanding their yoga practice. I work with basic postures as well as Vinyasa Flow and Therapeutics. I also teach mantra and yoga philosophy for those who are interested in these aspects of their practice.
Yoga is not only a fitness regimen for me; it is a lifestyle. I love sharing all the amazing health benefits that the regular practice of Yoga has to offer. Helping people find the confidence to learn in a private setting and then take their practice into a group class experience is extremely rewarding to me!
