The technician arrived as scheduled and completed the inspection, but there was no follow-up afterward. We never received a summary of the visit, a quote, or any explanation of the findings. We reached out by text to ask for the estimate and additional information, but never received a response. Better communication and timely follow-up would have made for a much better customer experience.
