I initially booked a carpet cleaning and sofa cleaning service with AJ but due to another job that ran over, he was unable to make it. Here’s what I appreciated: instead of him calling to inform me that he couldn’t make it, he had an another company show up to get the job done. The other company was prompt, punctual and professional. Even though I did not receive the service directly from AJ, I can see that he means business and takes his business seriously. I would certainly rebook, after all, the other company called Miller Magic Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job!
