Marcos did an amazing job refinishing our teak table. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He even sent us photos along the way and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the finish. We will definitely call on him again!

Marcos did an amazing job of refinishing our flame mahogany dining room table and coffee table. He responded right away on Thumbtack with a reasonable quote and came the next day to pick up our tables. As promised, he delivered them back in two weeks and they are so impeccably refinished that I was in tears when he delivered them back to our home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a system for my service the first step I need to do is look at the piece of furniture I will be working on, next I would need to know what needs to be done to it that way I know how much material I am going to need and from there I can give you a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with my customers is I would first like to see what they have and what type of work they want done. In order for me to give you the best quality furniture I would like to know if the furniture has been damaged or if you just simply want a different color. Communication with my customers is very important to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been dealing with furniture ever since I graduated from high school. I know how to stain, seal, lacquer and give you the best quality furniture you need. If you need a piece to be stripped down and redone in a diffrent color I can do that too.
