- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates for all of our customers. Pricing depends on the complexity of the job and pricing of materials needed for the project. We do our best to keep our prices fair but the pricing is reflective of the quality of our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is a small task that can be completed quickly (install doors/ceiling fans/furniture assembly etc.) we will reach out to the customer for more information. Either by phone call or message we will go over work needed and pricing. If customer decides to move forward we will set up an appointment to complete the work. If it is a bigger project, we reach out to the customer to get an idea of the project. We will set up an appointment to go meet with the customer and give an estimate. At the estimate appointment we will go in detail what the project will entail and take any measurements needed. Within 24 hours the customer will have their estimate and decide whether to move forward or not.
