I hate to give a small business a poor review, but I agreed to pay this company to kill poison ivy in my backyard, and they never did. I was told that after they sprayed it, it would die off in 3-5 days. It did not die off even one bit, nor did they remove any of it from the roots. After several weeks of follow up texts, calls, and delayed claims that they would come back out to re-visit and resolve this issue, they eventually offered me my money back. After I agreed to put this behind us and to accept this offer, they then refused to refund me my money. I paid them under the agreement that poison ivy would be killed as our outcome, and that never took place, despite my follow up attempts and our ongoing communication via both texts and phone calls with them throughout the next 3 weeks. I hope that in the future, nobody else experiences constant delays or outright refusal to carry out the agreed upon tasks, like I have over the past several weeks. Very disappointing experience overall.

We got Benito Brothers to do mulching of our backyard. They responded within a couple of hours to my request and came over to assess the project. Gave us a quote and time to do the project. The quote was reasonable and the time frame was very good. Their quality was very good and exceeded my expectations. I am talking to them about future projects and will definitely consider them on a long term basis for any work in my front and back yard.
