- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer packages to get you the best rates, and I often offer discounts around school breaks, like summer, winter, and spring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically offer a free 30-minute consultation to assess needs and create a plan. I also like to meet the student at this time and see if they have any questions, so they feel like part of the process. Our first few sessions are spent building trust and rapport and understanding their learning environment. From there, we dive into the academics plus whatever emotional or executive functioning obstacles are getting in the way of their growth.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you don't address the emotional root of falling grades, no amount of subject-area tutoring will fix the problem. This is why I offer a holistic approach.
