- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnosis is Free. We have standard fees for certain services such as virus removal and we charge by the hour ($50) for other repairs. We do our best to let you know what the final cost will be up front, before the work begins. Often, we will convert an hourly fee to a standard fee to save our customer money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of us will meet with the person to review the computer issues or needs. Then we take the computer to our shop, diagnose the issue for free, and call the customer to see if they wish to have the repairs completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeffrey is certified in PC Computer Repair. Before we opened the business, he worked on systems for friends, family, and co-workers for over thirty years. He has the hands on practical experience. Virginia has an AAS in Electronics Technology, was an Electronics Technician in the US Navy, has a BA in Business Administration, was an office manager for over ten years, and is currently working on a Masters in IT with emphasis in Web Design. Together, we have the book smarts and hands on experience, to service your computer in a friendly, professional and ethical manner.
