- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few simple questions and reviewing photos of the project. This helps me understand the scope of work and give an accurate estimate. Once everything is clear, we schedule a time that works best for you. I always arrive on time, explain the work step-by-step, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied before I leave.

I have formal plumbing training, hands-on field experience, and continue studying to earn higher levels of North Carolina plumbing licensing. I stay updated on local codes and best practices to ensure safe and reliable work
