We decided to update our master bathroom & our guest bathroom in our home that was built in 1998. After some research & a couple of interviews & visits by contractors, we picked Portofino Tile, and we have been very happy with our choice.After Bob's initial visit to our home, we had a meeting in Portofino's large showroom to make most of the design & material decisions. Bob was most helpful (I don't like having a lot of options) & being able to walk around & see actual fixtures & tile was great.Our second visit to the showroom was to review the plans Bob had designed. It was an easy, stress free meeting & we left with a positive outlook.We were out of town for most of the actual deconstruction/reconstruction so we don't know what it is like to be home during major remodeling. But we were delighted with the work & the professionalism of all of the tradesmen.

We have had two very good experiences with Portofino Tile. We had our master bathroom remodeled 3 years ago, and then this year we had smaller baths remodeled. Both projects were done in a timely manner and according to the schedule we were given. In fact, the second project was finished a day ahead of schedule. The workmen took care in protecting our floors and other household furnishings and they paid attention to cleaning things up at the end of each day. Juan, the tile setter, and Roger, the carpenter, were both very skilled craftsmen and all of the workmen were neat and courteous. We are very pleased with the improved appearance and increased functionality of all of our bathrooms. We would highly recommend Portofino Tile for their quality work, quick start-to-finish process, and smooth overall operation.

Portofino Tile did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom. I consider myself very picky and we did not have even one issue with Portofino Tile. Their workers were so nice and took great care to keep our home clean during the remodeling process. They finished our bathroom in less than 2 weeks as promised (except for the shower glass, which can only be ordered after the tiling is complete). Being able to pick everything out in one place - their excellent showroom - compared to running all over town to different venders, as all the other remodelers want you to do, made designing a beautiful modern bathroom so easy. I really can't say enough about how pleasant our remodeling experience with Portofino was. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Portofino redid our master bath in 2012. They did a fabulous job and truly transformed our space. We especially liked the fast turnaround process - 10 days to a new bathroom was awesome! In addition, the process at Portofino makes it easy to pick the cabinets, flooring, fixtures, etc. and saves you time running all over town making selections. The materials provided have been tested and Portofino has a relationship with their vendors that allows for excellent support after the job as well. We have had a couple of things break and each time have been delighted by the support we have received from Bob and Nicole with the repair. And the standard selections at Portofino make it great when you need to replace tiles for example because there is a high probability that Portofino will have some on hand. That was what happened in our case and we are so glad they had the tiles. The craftsmanship of the work is outstanding - can't tell the difference between the old and new tiles. Portofino continues to exceed our expectations and we are so glad we selected them for our project!
