We start every customer relationship with a friendly ********** to understand your concerns and ask the right questions. After evaluating your needs, we schedule an appointment for a thorough property inspection—often at no charge. Every step is handled personally by John and Nakhesia and their wonderfully trained staff whom explain the process and ensure each treatment plan is customized for your family and property.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company was born out of a desire to protect our own family and community. John’s expertise and Nakhesia’s passion for service inspired us to build Reliant as a place for quality, safety, and opportunity—especially for minorities and women interested in the pest control trade.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We proudly work with families, first-time homeowners, businesses, property managers, and community organizations across Cary and eastern North Carolina. We especially welcome minority and underserved clients—we believe pest control is for every household.
