We are a small family owned pest control company located in the heart of Cary! We strive to treat our customers like family! Every service is completed by the owner John Sheen also known as Mr. Reliant! We only use the most environmentally friendly methods and approach to every home and business we treat! We have small four kids ourselves so we work to keep your properties as safe as we keep ours! At Reliant, we treat every home as individually as the people who live in it. My motto is "If I wouldn't do it in my home, I won't do it in yours". The pest control industry is constantly changing and we love to continuously grow our knowledge as new ideas and products become available. Also, getting to know all my customers and their families, it never seems like work.

Hired on Thumbtack

Technician contacted me right away and was here within an hour. He quickly identified the species of hornet. Sprayed the 'foraging' tree and told me to let him know if it didn't work, and he would 'fog' the tree. Messaged him, didn't get a response, got a message from someone else at Reliant, was told I was on the schedule. No show, no contact. Three stars for initial timely response, but other than identifying the species, not much help.
