I felt like I was in really good and trustworthy hands in dealing with a mice issue and will return to Reliant for any future pest needs. John is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful-I felt very comfortable and grateful to have him in my home. Would recommend!
John was the only contractor that actually came and inspected our house before giving us an estimate, as well as choices. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. The ants were gone within a day. John will be back to check, this week.

I recently contacted Reliant Pest Management and was pleasantly surprised to meet John Sheen, the owner, who came to provide a free estimate. John conducted a thorough walkthrough inspection and offered an assessment. He also suggested an outside treatment. What I appreciated most was John’s approach; he didn’t try to sell a maintenance contract. Instead, he advised me to reach out if I had any other concerns or needs. I’m very pleased with the company and their service. John was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Reliant Pest Management for all your pesticide needs. I’ll definitely be calling them for any pest concerns in the future.

We’ve been seeing a lot of American Cockroaches in our house. John is so awesome, he came quickly and showed us where the pests are coming in from. He found a leak under the kitchen sink (an attractive, moist place for roaches to live) and showed me how easy it is to fix myself. One trip to Lowe’s and $8 later, the leak is fixed!! He also told me how to keep them from coming from the attic into our bedroom.
John not only sprays for bugs but helps make your home a less hospitable place for them to live. He thinks in the long term, not just short term. I mean, he also saved me a couple hundred bucks it would have cost calling a plumber. That alone makes this guy a hero 😁. I’m going on the reliant pest management monthly plan to make sure the little bugs are wiped out. No pressure to do so but it just makes sense. Thanks Mr. John and Ms. John!

We start every customer relationship with a friendly ********** to understand your concerns and ask the right questions. After evaluating your needs, we schedule an appointment for a thorough property inspection—often at no charge. Every step is handled personally by John and Nakhesia and their wonderfully trained staff whom explain the process and ensure each treatment plan is customized for your family and property.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company was born out of a desire to protect our own family and community. John’s expertise and Nakhesia’s passion for service inspired us to build Reliant as a place for quality, safety, and opportunity—especially for minorities and women interested in the pest control trade.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We proudly work with families, first-time homeowners, businesses, property managers, and community organizations across Cary and eastern North Carolina. We especially welcome minority and underserved clients—we believe pest control is for every household.
