Alex was super fast responding to me and was able to get to my house within 48 hrs. He was able to diagnose the problem with my MacBook , order the new hard drive and scheduled to come back and install it. He was very personable and professional, I highly recommend him!!

I received help on the phone. He got my wireless working for me with a few quick easy steps on the phone. He made fix easy for me. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED TO ME NOT TO DO ANYTHING UNTIL I CALLED HIM.HAVE USED MR HOLT SEVCERAL TIMES WITH ALL VERY SATSIFACTORY RESULTS, TELLS YOU WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM AND THINGS TO DO AND NOT DO IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN.
