Natasha and her assistant did a PHENOMENAL job at our wedding. We used Natasha's services for "day-of-coordination". From arriving to the venue within the hour we were allowed to staying well after the end of the wedding, she and her assistant set up, facilitated, and broke down our wedding site beautifully. Natasha is extremely professional and flexible. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests and was very timely and efficient. We highly recommend her services!

Natasha was a pleasure to work with and we could not be more grateful for her amazing service! From the moment we met Natasha to the day of our wedding, she was prompt, professional, and thought of everything. She helped us figure out decisions we had not made yet, such as what to do about the bouquet toss (we wanted to eliminate it and Natasha suggested a unique alternative that ended up being a big hit!). She was like a coach that helped me through my anxiety (I had a lot of anxiety). She was confident in everything she did and always volunteered to help with everything. From passing out programs to helping cut the stems off of my bouquets (we made them ourselves so they needed some last-minute trimming). While we got our couple's photographs taken, she manned the reception venue and helped figure out the table layout and seating arrangements because I had forgotten to put the table numbers on the blueprint that we gave the restaurant. She called to alert us when the bar tab had been reached before we had even gotten to the reception, helped to take care of paying the band, etc. She even helped me change into my after-party dress. We didn't know when we were looking to hire a wedding coordinator that we were going to get someone so dedicated to helping our wedding day go off without a hitch. She was a friendly face at all times and made sure that we were aware of our timeline so we would not lose track of time, but did not pressure us to stay on our timeline if we needed a few minutes to finish eating, or finish talking to guests. Natasha also brought her assistant Adrienne who was professional, friendly, and supportive. Our wedding day would not have been as enjoyable as it was were it not for Natasha's service. She absorbed all the stress for us so that we could truly enjoy each other, our guests, and the party!

I was hesitant about investing in a wedding planner at first - I wanted to "do it all," but soon realized that I needed support on the day of the wedding. Natasha was the ONE to go with for that support! She was "present" in every encounter- and really worked with me on my wishes - even when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted! I am so thankful that she and Catherine were with us on our wedding day - we really could not have pulled everything together without them! My mother and best friend mentioned several times how good Natasha was at knowing what was needed, when, how to manager all the friends there to help, and how to manage me when I became overwhelmed! Thanks so much, Natasha! You made every thing better than I imagined!

Love the professionalism Natasha brought to the table. She was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable of her craft and above all things polite. When I first met her she amazed me questions that I hadnt thought of myself. While I was on the verge of a major meltdown the day of my wedding her and her assistant kept me calm (as possibly as I could have been considering) and assured me that everything would be fine. I cant express how much she enjoys her job and how much she was really there for us during our wedding.
