I wish the app would let me choose all options. I messaged Caleb with CV on a Saturday along with one other company. I wasn’t expecting a response until Monday. Caleb responded within minutes. I was on the phone with him less than 15 minutes after initial contact, on a weekend! I told him what my issues were and he offered to come out same evening. He was very up front about his pricing during the call and isn’t overpriced by any means. He showed up on time and was communicating with me the entire time until he arrived. He had to come back the next day to finish the job as it was late the evening before, and again he was communicative and prompt. He is thorough and cleans up after himself, though we told him it wasn’t necessary. He explained and showed us what was causing our issue (bad ceiling fan caused the electric in the entire living room to trip) and is coming back Tuesday to install the new light and fan. Caleb will be our go to for all things electrical going forward!
