Rick Scotton has gone above and beyond what I would ever expect a pest control person to do for us. We have had mice issues for the past few weeks and he has been able to come and help us kill two mice and is still thoroughly invested in making sure theres not a third one or more.not only that, hes been incredibly kind to my young children, often answering several questions and showing them some of the signs of mice and wasps nest. He also gives our dog, whos 95 pounds, a lot of love. Cant say anything negative about Rick and the service that he has provided us!

I have had Massey services for over several years now that Ive lost count, but I have to say Technician Frank is the best technician out of all of them hands down!!Frank was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very patient with all of the questions I had (Im sry!) and that made me feel very safe and secure!! Especially after telling him about this gigantic water bug that looked like a human to me omg!! Idk how that thing got in my house but I have literally been terrified after I killed it about a couple weeks ago!!! After speaking with him about it, I feel like I can sleep better now and thats the truth! (Im very serious)Thank you Frank for the caulking you put down to keep the ants out and for the two spiders that were only stars of the night and would disappear in the day! My mind is at ease now!!Massey services hes definitely a keeper! Someone that cares about the customers and the work they do is alright in my book! And this is my first review for Massey and Im a very long time customer! Great service like this is definitely worth spreading so Thank you again! Thank you Tech Frank!!
