Fixed the problem is the bottom line. A bit frustrating him not speaking English. Couldn’t find out if work had a warranty, asked for receipt or invoice, but he didn’t know what I meant. Well at least he didn’t give me any but that’s OK. I’m not familiar with handyman work so maybe they don’t give invoices or warranties. He did show pictures so it looks like the work is done well. My survey regarding thumbtack is this: I will never use thumbtack again. Took me three days just to get messages from handyman. We can just have them text me or call me instead of going through your password. Do this to that you have a message. Way too much red tape trying to communicate with the handyman . We finally made contact the old-fashioned way. We texted each other. You and Angie need to on computer, the whole business of getting clients and vendors together without making everybody jump, jump through hoops, including your app
