FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the property, the areas being cleaned, the condition of the surfaces, and the amount of time and materials needed to do the job properly. We provide clear quotes before the work begins, so customers know what is included and what to expect. We also offer a 10% multi-item discount when customers bundle multiple services together, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or patio cleaning. Our goal is to provide fair, straightforward pricing and help customers get the best value when they need more than one exterior cleaning service completed at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple and customer-focused: First, we ask a few questions about the property and the service you need, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or another exterior cleaning service. Next, we review photos, property details, or schedule an in-person look if needed. This helps us recommend the right service, give an accurate price, and avoid surprises. Once the scope is clear, we provide a straightforward quote and explain what is included. If you decide to move forward, we schedule a convenient time for the work. On service day, we arrive prepared, walk the property as needed, protect sensitive areas, complete the cleaning, and do a final review before we leave. Our goal is to make the entire process easy, clear, and dependable from the first message to the finished job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is practical, hands-on, and focused on safe exterior cleaning methods. We have experience with professional pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and concrete cleaning. We’ve spent time learning the right methods for different surfaces, including siding, brick, concrete, gutters, trim, windows, and painted areas. A big part of the training in this work is knowing what not to do — such as avoiding too much pressure on siding, protecting plants and landscaping, using the right cleaning mix, and choosing the proper method for each surface. Raleigh Power Wash is also fully insured, and we continue to improve our process, equipment, and safety practices so customers receive dependable, professional service.
