I had a positive experience working with Vicky. They were very responsive throughout the process and completed the job with a high level of professionalism. The quality of the work itself was excellent. ​The only area for improvement would be the upfront discussion regarding pricing. A bit more clarity and transparency during the initial quote would have made the entire process even smoother.
