Our gas fireplace hadn’t been used in years and wasn’t turning on. After a few days of troubleshooting at home, it still wasn’t working and an ice storm was forecasted to come in the next days. I reached out to Nick’s company late afternoon. He squeezed me in last minute, coming only four hours later and 8:00pm at night. As I was explaining the issue, I flipped the switch to show how it wasn’t turning on. Lo and behold, the darn fireplace decided to start working all by itself! The handyman was so sweet - he still checked everything out and assessed the exterior of the vent to make sure we wouldn’t have more unexpected problems. Will definitely be using Nick’s company again for any future household fix-it issues. Thank you!
