- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on full-scope, fixed-price remodeling projects rather than hourly or small repair work. We do not offer discounts for partial scopes or “one-day” jobs. Most projects begin at $15,000+, depending on scope, materials, and permitting requirements. All pricing is clearly defined in a written contract before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand the scope, goals, and budget of the project. If it’s a good fit, we move into planning, design coordination if needed, and a detailed fixed-price proposal. Once under contract, we handle scheduling, permits, inspections, and coordination of all trades through project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company operates as a licensed and insured general contractor. Our background includes hands-on construction experience, project management, and ongoing education related to residential building codes, permitting requirements, and best practices for remodeling and structural work.
