I generally do not write reviews. Having said that, if you’re looking for a handyman, call Rusty Nail Services! Nail came out to my house to replace the baseboard and trim around my walk-in shower, which was starting to crack. Upon removing the trim, he discovered that the sheetrock was wet and identified the leak as coming from my shower door. Nail was not comfortable doing a non-professional job and insisted on doing it the right way. He scheduled to come back in a week, during which time I ordered a new shower door and hired him to install it and fix the baseboard all at once. I sent him pictures of the door, and he assured me he could handle it. He did a very professional job; the door was installed perfectly, and he replaced and painted the baseboard and trim when the job was complete. Nail speaks some English, and his communication was perfect. I had no problem talking to him, and he understood everything I needed. He even read a 20-page instruction manual in English without any issues. When I hire a contractor, I judge them on communication as well, and Rusty Nail exceeded my expectations. He showed up early, stayed late, and always answered my texts within 24 hours. Overall, a complete professional. I will definitely be hiring Rusty Nail again for many jobs I can see coming up.

Nail and his teammate installed the ring flood light and the ring door. He was prompt professional and the quality was great. He asked if there were any setting or light placement adjustments. He waited to make sure the firmware update and he made sure that everything was perfect. He will be my handyman for any of my projects. Great job and thanks a billion!!!!!

I wish there was a way for me to select all 5 highlights for Nile. I have never dealt with such an amazing and knowledgeable handyman as Nile before. He was very responsive, on time, and even explained why he used special nails, etc. As countless others have stated in their reviews, he entered my home with footies so that he wouldn’t track dirt and or debris into my home. Nile came in and immediately began to work the requested tasks. Did I mention that he completed those tasks in approximately one hour. That’s even with him cleaning up the areas that he worked in. I attempted to assist with moving furniture and cleaning, and Nile insisted that he do it by himself. I must mention this, the very last task was for him to install a curtain rod for my upstairs master suite. He offered to put my curtains up (they were hung all the way to the ceiling), and wouldn’t take no for an answer. It’s very difficult to allow strangers into your personal/private space. Therefore, I don’t mind allowing this kind soul to come back for more projects. He is my #1 Handyman!! Thanks again, Nile!!!
