I’ve spent the last 10 years helping entrepreneurs & change makers grow their businesses, studying what makes us humans so beautifully complicated, and convincing folks that yoga is the answer to everything. My mission through it all is to help others cultivate a deep & meaningful life, feel great in their body, and have a hell of a lot of fun doing it.
