- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up either a walkthrough or phone conversation to find out their expectations, needs, and any prior experiences with a service. This helps me learn what worked and didn't work for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of ARSI and attend a conference a minimum of every six months.
