Bob was a pleasure to work with, especially for first-time homeowners like us who have just started on a few renovations. He came out to our home on a week night to accommodate our work schedules and followed up immediately with a very reasonable quote. He communicated exactly what we needed to have ready for him, and then knocked out the job earlier than expected - even with an unexpected snow day! We are very happy with our kitchen backsplash (subway tiles with colored grout), kitchen floors and half-bath floors, and will hire Bob again for other projects at our house.

Bob installed an attic access with a pull down ladder and flooring in the attic space. He was very professional, timely and right on point with his quote. He was reasonably priced compared to a few other quotes. He kept me informed with updates on progress. In addition to being professional, Bob was also very friendly and personable. Highly recommend and will have him back to do future work.

we had tiles flooring placed in the master bathroom, retouching and re-grout the existing tiles in the shower, installing new faucets and new light fixtures.
Robert is very professional, did an amazing job in a timely manner.
I will definitely will hire him in the future.

I'm very happy with the cabinets installed and his willingness to hang the tv as well. He has a great personality and sense of humor. Even though my jobs are small in comparison to his normal work, I am going to have him do some additional work.

Bob did an excellent job on installing our hardwood floors. He arrived prompt and ready to complete the work, in addition to taking his time to make sure his work was done correctly. He was a pleasure to be around and we felt like we could trust him with our house. We will definitely use Bob in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly I charge by the hour.but when pricing for flooring and tiling I charge by the square footage. And my rates are the lowest in the area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To have complete understanding of their exact needs.I find it very important to meet face to face to discuss their needs.I find that important. Communication is a big factor with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I've been working doing this type of work for 30 year's. Went to trade school to learn carpentry and doing work for myself so I decided to share my skills with the consumer.
