I started training with Lee one year ago and it was the best decision I ever made! I have lost the weight I wanted too and feel better than I ever have! I could not have done it without Lee! I work out with him twice a week and have been doing so for a year and he still introduces me to new exercises in each session! He coaches me on nutrition and counsels me on a healthy meal plan! I recommend everyone I know to Lee! I believe in him and his training 100%!!

Bryant is a great trainer - really cares about you, your goals, and your progression. I hired him because of his consultation where we went over his approach / philosophy and how I felt his attitude would really help me achieve my goals. A vast contrast to my other experience with personal training, which was still positive, albeit not as high-quality as TND.

Lisa is outstanding. After years of visiting various psychologists, I have enjoyed a more action based approach. I prefer the direct application of insight to my personal situations that we discuss and how she really takes time to get to know who you are. Lisa is very genuine and personable. Her years of experience with Life Coaching enable her to be really engaging and have allowed me to process my experiences in unique ways that I do not believe I would otherwise. Being a gadget person, I like that there is an app to help you keep your motivation and track progress. You can get feedback directly to and from the trainer. When she designs your work-out and assigns exercises to you, you see individual videos of the exercises demonstrating proper form. Your personal workout program is available on the web site as well as the app. It is built for you based on consultation with the trainer using information that you supply such as your goals, equipment available, time available and other data points. For those of us who don't like going to the gym but want to improve our fitness, this is a great way to stay healthy.

    I have been training with Matt since June, and the results have been extraordinary. His training methods are attuned to what my fitness goals are, and with every session, I have felt that I am getting excellent returns and getting closer to my goal. Every session is intense and I have to push myself more than I would normally do in completing a workout. Moreover, he constantly provides encouragement so that I can get maximum returns. Every session has some novelty attached to it in the sense that you get a string of exercises which are different from the previous session’s. With Matt, you can “expect the unexpected!” which I guess ensures that you don’t run into plateaus. He has a thorough knowledge of how a particular exercise targets a particular muscle group and he makes sure that I am using proper form. I also consult him for nutrition and diet recommendations and his suggestions have worked great for me. He is a great guy to talk to and is a good friend. I strongly recommend him for the good work he has been doing. Keep it up, Matt! -Abhishek

      Recently my life has required a completely new approach due to an auto immune disorder which requires management and is not curable by any known conventional means.
