Drake did a great job hanging our mantel. It was challenging to hang the mantel as it came, but Drake came up with an idea to get it hung perfectly. I liked that he thought outside the box when others might have said they couldn't do it. He also hung a television for my daughter the next day, which came out perfect as well. He is courteous and responds quickly. I plan to use him again for other projects.

Drake is awesome! I have just moved into a new home and had way move projects and work than I could handle. I needed to put up a storage rack in my garage and simply didn’t have the time between work and all of my other home projects. I contacted Drake and he was able to get out and complete my overhead 4’ x 8’ storage rack in no time. He was incredibly friendly, punctual and professional. He understood the project clearly and is good at what he does. I have very tall ceilings in my garage and he even sat on the storage rack to show how sturdy it was after he finished. I didn’t even hear a single creak. I do Real Estate and always have clients who need work done before listing or after buying their homes. I have used many contractors and handy men to help my clients complete their projects but I now believe I will only refer Drake to my clients due to his professionalism and competence. 5 stars all the way!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate for any job being $50. I also provide emergency services. I also have a card processing fee for jobs less than $200.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer gets to hear a little bit about me, and we go over a simple form to ensure both I and the customer have an agreed upon work amount/price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly just experience working in the field and with customers and CEO’s of businesses.
