- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of appointment (general notarization, loan signing, or remote/mobile visit) and how many documents or signatures are involved. I provide a clear quote before booking so there are no surprises. A travel fee may apply for locations outside the Cary/Raleigh/Durham Triangle area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out, I confirm the documents involved, the location, and your preferred time. I let you know what to have ready (valid photo ID and any documents that need signing), arrive on time, verify identities, and complete the notarization or signing accurately and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public in the state of North Carolina and stay current on state notary law and loan signing procedures so every closing is handled correctly and professionally.
