- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive I am starting out and would like to build a portfolio and clientele.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to touch base with the customer to find out what needs they have and if a collaboration with me would best fit their needs. We can meet in person or virtual (zoom, phone call, etc.) to hammer out details of what I offer and what the customer needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out helping family and friends and realized I genuinely enjoy event planning. I have since gone on to plan corporate events as well as bridal showers and baby showers for professional colleagues.
