Do NOT use this moving company! The movers themselves did a good job & worked quickly. However the owner & manager Kashik is very unprofessional & immature. We used their truck so that comes with insurance for if they break or damage something. A few days after the move we noticed that they ripped a back cushion in our couch. This couch was less than a year old, in good condition & not cheap. When I called him to let him know he immediately went on the defensive insinuating that I was lying and even went as far to insult me by saying my couch looks like it's maybe $200. He said that for us to make a claim against them, we would have to tell them that something was damaged before they left. Implying that someone would have to literally go through all of their boxes, all of their items the same day that they were moved in to let them know if they damaged something. This is unrealistic and not how insurance is supposed to work. He was so rude and unprofessional & he just wanted to kept arguing with me. He didn't want me to use the insurance that we paid for,for this very instance in that they damaged our property. In the end he agreed to send me $100 via venmo. I am truly shocked at how unprofessional he was and cannot discourage someone enough from using this company and save themselves from the stress in the event that they damage something of yours.

We regret that you have chosen to embellish on your review with factual inaccuracies and i am sorry for the misunderstanding but We had tried to have multiple cordial and respectful conversations with our management team. Regarding your moving service within the complex. We have gone over the cliams process & insurance policies, based on our discussions it was stated to you on the email that if you explicity prewrap your own furniture that we would not be responsibe. We also have agreed to pay your requested amount on the email as mentioned. We never tried to dissuade you from filing a claim even though we did our investigation it was suspisious that you had the sofa wrapped before we got to your place.
