As a general rule, weekend visits are booked two weeks ahead. It is extremely rare for me to have last minute openings.
I have a loving and caring deameanor towards all types of animals. For me each pet has their own special personality and I work with the pet owner to ensure that I meet the needs of their beloved family members.

Chris has been dropping in to let my dogs out and give them treats at midday while I am at work for about 3 months. She always texts me when she arrives and leaves. She provides important status updates daily. I have 6 dogs, and they aren't the easiest pack! Chris manages them well and always follows any directions I leave. Importantly, I am new to NC, and Chris hooked me up with several other dog sitters she knows to help out at times when she cannot. She charges a fair price for her services, and she is a good communicator!

It’s been such a relief to have found Christine! She has taken wonderful care of our two dogs (one of whom is very skittish and took her extra time and visits to build his trust and she did so with compassion and professionalism). I get an update each time she visits and she’s been very flexible when our schedule changes. I’m so happy our pups can relax in our home with a professional sitter rather than going to a kennel when we’re out of town!

Needed a pet sitter last minute due to a hospital trip. Chris was outstanding. From initial meeting through her taking care of my spoiled rotten English bulldog, I sing praises.

Chris has been amazing with my 2 girls! One is special needs (blind) and the other is fussy around new people, they both adore Chris! She drops in for mid day visits to let them out and give them a snack. She stayed 2 days overnight with them when I was out of town, I didn’t worry at all about them because I knew they were safe with Chris I truly appreciate the care she gives them and messages she sends during her visits to let me know they are ok and happy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A consult with you and your pet is required before final booking. At this time, we will discuss access into your home, pet medications, number of visits, and other details. If a key is shared and you would like for the key to be delivered back to you, a $10 service fee will be added to you final balance.
Pricing depends on the frequency of visits. As a general rule, visits begin at $25.00 for a 30 min visit. However, based on location and how often services are needed, pricing may vary. The fee is based upon visits and is the same for one pet or 10 pets at the same location. There is no additional charge for medication administration or visits going over 30 minutes unless it goes past 60 mins. Pets can be very unpredictable. It is extremely important that your pet gets their needs met versus me charging for additional time.
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for any services not cancelled within 24 hrs of the visit. The fee MAY be waived depending on the reason for cancellation, on a case by case basis.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total visits (up to $50) is required at the time of booking. Otherwise, the date will not be held and the visits will not be confirmed. The deposit will be applied to the balanced owed. The final balance will be due prior to the first visit or on the day of the first visit. If payment is not made in full by first visit or on the first visit, you will need to make other arrangements for your pets as no services will be performed.

I worked as a behavioral therapist for 10 years and prior to that I worked on state grants to assist those with a disability. I have over 20 years working with people. I enjoy meeting new people and I like a challenge. I have always maintained a positive outlook on life and I bring that enthusiasm with me everyday at work.
