Introduction: Hey I’m Nicole Madden a lifestyle photographer in the Triad area of North Carolina. I strive to capture important life moments in a way that is raw, real, artistic, and full of life.
I first began photography as a young adult when I got my very first camera at age 19. I quickly became obsessed, spending my free time learning as much as I could about the art of photography. I deeply love what I do and I make every effort to capture the true essence of each family I photograph.
Since my discovery of the love of lifestyle photography, I have become a professional in the field, capturing a wide range of living moments from maternity shoots, newborn imagery, engagement photos, and even boudoir photography.
From your first inquiry, to the photographing session, to editing and delivering you and your family’s finished photos, I strive to make the process easy, personal, and professional.

Nicole is amazing!! I hired Nicole to photograph my family. It started with a consultation and she listened to everything I wanted to have captured. She also provided a style consultation where she helped me pick the best color palette and style that complimented the location where the session was to be held. I felt uncomfortable at first being in front of the camera as this was my first time having professional pictures done. She gave clear guidance on how to position my body and face and as we went through the shoot and this helped me trust that she was the professional and knew what was best. I kept receiving praise from her all through out the session and it only took me about 2 minutes to become comfortable and trust her. She was great with my children as well. They laughed together and felt no pressure at all to have to stand there and “cheese”. The photos captured a naturalness that did not look like we were posed at all. I received the pictures digitally through her printshop. My package included a photo credit, and I was able to choose the photos myself that I wanted to have printed. The photos always remained available to me in case I wanted to have more printed in the future, which I did later in the year for grandparents day. I booked a second session with her this year to photograph my daughter and her friends in their cheer uniforms. I can’t wait to see them! Book her!!! You will not be disappointed.
