I have had Block & Associates Realty as the property manager for my two rental homes for about 13 years. They have always been responsive, alerting me to issues that need attention and working with me to manage any challenges that arise. I am in CA and bought these homes brand new - sight unseen - as an investment. Having property management I can trust is wonderful. I never have to worry that something is getting out of hand.

I have been with Block & Associates for over 5 years and they have made being a landlord lot easier for me. The team is very helpful and responsive to client needs. They provide prompt, efficient, and professional advices throughout the process. Entire staff is friendly and accommodating. They do a great job in providing feedback for repairs or other tenant issues. Their online portal and Accounting / Payment system is very efficient and never had any issues. Overall, I am very satisfied with their excellent service and I would definitely recommend them for any landlords looking out for a good property management company. Thank You Team Block ! You Rock !

The folks are Block & Associates Realty are top notch professionals! My family and I have rented for the past two years and Block & Associates was the property management company. We employed the services of Bridget Stell at Block & Associates to list and lease our rental property... it could not have gone better: (1) she had quality potential tenants interested and lined up prior to the property being formally listed, (2) once the property was listed, we had multiple showings, and (3) we secured good tenants to fill the rental... all of this occurring in just two weeks from the time we initially purchased the property. Bridget was great and we're excited to do more business with her and Block in the future.
