Mike P. says, "Quick Care Home Repair came out timely for a quote and scheduled the start of the project in a timely manner. However after that, there ended up being multiple miscommunications and misunderstandings regarding pricing (significant added costs after original quote), timing, and the work. They did not seem to communicate well with their own builders either. Ultimately when Hutch the builder did come he was courteous and did fantastic work. If the final product is worth those challenges for you, then we would recommend."See more

He listened, ensured he understood our expectations and was transparent about cost and schedule drivers associated with the project. Overall, highly professional and a pleasant experience. We look forward to receiving the estimate. Update: We received the estimate within 24 hours of the initial meeting. It was reasonable and we proceeded with contracting for the work. The work was scheduled to begin within 2 business days. It required 2 contractors (framing/roofing and paint/caulk) and completed in less than 72 hours. The entire project was completed within a week of our initial meeting. Seeing as this follows a four month saga with a different GC who ultimately did not complete the project according to specs and refused to offer a reasonable solution, we are thrilled with the work. We've also begun discussion about a second project."See more
