Rod (Big Rod) says, "The project: Deck RebuildFirst: The project manager Mel was great and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.Second: They sent a guy to do the work and he was great. He even pointed out and repaired the issues that the previous builder (not affiliated with TRC) failed to do which caused rotting on the bottom side of my house where the deck was originally connected. He even did a small redesign of the deck.Third: It didn't cost nearly as much as I thought it would as well as they were able to workout a discount.It took a few days only because of the weather at the time. Even with that the guy showed up as soon as the rain stopped and worked until it got too dark outside.Overall my new deck is beautiful and well built.Would I hire them again? Absolutely!"See more
