We provide a 10 year fully transferable labor & material warranty on all our entire roof replacements(reroofs)/new installs, aside from the manufacturers' warranty. Hand-nailing of all shingle roof jobs, no exceptions(we do not use pneumatic guns due to their many problems). we use only Lead metal pipe flashings. WE CARE! They last a long time!

Tim responded on the same day as my inquiry(on a Saturday) and came out and took a look at my roof. He was actually able to get a couple of his guys to come out that evening and complete the work. So far so good. The leak is repaired and even after the thunderstorm that ensured after they left..no water in my attic. I was very pleased with the service.

He did estimates based on pictures sent to him rather than having to schedule time, then do an estimate, then fixed it. He offered several options and was very responsive.

I was weary about meeting the roof man thinking he was going to rob my bank and still leave the problem unsolved. Turned out Mr. Feruzzi was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained why I needed or didn't need certain repair to my roof. His suggestions actually help me save money on electricity bill. The crew came on time, cleaned up well after themselves and finished the job as promised. No more leaks and flaming attic!!! It was a pleasant experience altogether.
