Our pricing is tailored to the scope of each individual project, whether it's an insurance restoration job or a retail roofing upgrade. We offer free inspections and estimates, and there are no hidden fees. For insurance claims, we work within your carrier’s approved scope and pricing. For retail projects, we provide transparent quotes with financing options available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a free, no-obligation inspection. We assess the condition of your roof and exterior, document any damage with photos, and walk you through our findings. If there’s storm damage, we guide you through the insurance claims process from start to finish. For retail projects, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the work, timeline, and costs. Once approved, we coordinate every step of the project, keep you informed throughout, and ensure everything is cleaned up to your satisfaction when the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Storm Guard franchisee, we undergo extensive initial training and ongoing education through our corporate team, industry partners, and manufacturers. We’re certified by major roofing suppliers and stay up to date on building codes, safety practices, and installation techniques. We also receive specialized training in storm damage assessment and insurance claim documentation.
