- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25.00 discount for all New customers. Referral plan: 10% discount to my Customers for a referral, which I prepare a return for. After 6th referral, that customer has his/her Personal Income taxes done , that year for free. No limitation on number of referrals per customer. Customers limited to 10% discount per year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with New Customers, at their convenience and at their home or business. Consultation for New customers is free. I go over the process of doing their taxes and pricing based on how complex the return is. Additions forms for Business returns, Rental Income and Capital gains/Stock sales will increase the price of the return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for over 33 years doing Individual and Business Tax preparation. MBA in Accounting and do take at least 18CPE credits per year to keep me up to date with current tax laws and changes.
