- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here is a breakdown of what customers should know about our pricing and additional services: 💰 Discounts and Savings New Customer Discount: We offer a $40 discount on your first service call with Unlimited Plumbing Corp. Multiple Job Discount: If you have more than one plumbing issue resolved during the same service visit, you'll receive a 20% discount on those additional jobs. ✅ Complimentary Service While our technician is on-site for your scheduled service call, we can provide a Courtesy 360 Plumbing Inspection. During this inspection, our plumber will perform a visual check for any noticeable potential issues in your plumbing system. Please Note: This is a courtesy visual inspection only. Unlimited Plumbing is not responsible for any problems or defects discovered—or not discovered—during this complimentary assessment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward: first, our technicians will call you when they are on the way to confirm your availability. Upon arrival, they will diagnose your issue and clearly provide you with the pricing. Once you have given your approval to fix the issue, we will complete the job, and only then will we collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have completed comprehensive classroom instruction combined with extensive on-the-job training to ensure they have the knowledge and practical skills needed for high-quality work. Additionally, we have staff who are certified Backflow Testers, demonstrating expertise in a critical area of plumbing safety and compliance.
