He did a wonderful job. He analyzed it and made the corrections and it works beautiful. He came out that day and analyzed it and got the part the next day and put it in. He work responsibly and made sure it worked. The value is reasonably priced. His punctuality is very high on my list and he became a superstar.

Honest. Thorough. He explained the problem clearly. Ended up not doing the repair due to total cost versus new fridge. Will use Serge for future appliance issues. Side Note: Do not purchase LG Refrigerators, my opinion.
