I'd also add punctuality! Serg was awesome! He fixed a botched repair job that used the wrong part. He ordered the correct part and spent about 30 minutes installing it. Value, value, value! This service was to get my washer working, if any other appliances stop working, he will be my go to!

Serge was knowledgeable and thorough. He addressed the original problem with my refrigerator (cold water dispenser) and then conducted a complete system diagnosis, after which he downloaded and installed 7 pending GE software updates. I will definitely call him again if I need any of my appliances repaired.

Honest. Thorough. He explained the problem clearly. Ended up not doing the repair due to total cost versus new fridge. Will use Serge for future appliance issues. Side Note: Do not purchase LG Refrigerators, my opinion.

I would give him 100 stars if I could! He was amazing installing my oven. Clearly super knowledgeable. When it turned out that the brand new oven I bought didn’t fit the way my extremely old gas line was laid out, he thought through a way to move the pipes and the outlet, and put a cover in place for a hole in my wall behind the oven that already existed. Set up the whole oven and even preheated it for us to make sure it worked. Incredibly reasonable pricing and a super professional guy. Hire him!!!
