We had a rotting ground level deck that compromised two of the support posts holding up our porch. Woodworx responded quickly and sent their lead carpenter and a consultant to discuss what could be done to keep the porch standing. They listened to our concerns and provided a clear plan of action. In the end, all of the rotted deck was removed and the support beams reinforced with concrete pillars. Their commitment, hard work and good communication made the project a success. I will be using them again for another deck project.
